Ms. Dee Bilka's practice focuses on insurance coverage and coverage litigation. Currently, she is involved in the monitoring of class action securities litigation and the evaluation of coverage issues presented by these claims under professional liability policies. She also has extensive experience in litigating national coverage cases involving multi-million dollar claims arising out of environmental, lead paint and asbestos exposures. She has presented in-house training sessions for insurance claims personnel and management on new developments and the impact of groundbreaking cases on claims handling. She is a member of the American Bar Association, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Professional Liability Underwriters Society.
