Ms. Sutton’s practice encompasses all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including securities litigation, contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes and business torts. She regularly handles cases in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, and represents clients in arbitrations before FINRA and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sutton served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable William A. Johnson, then Chief Judge of the Third Judicial District of the State of Minnesota and was a judicial extern to the Honorable Toddrick A. Barnette of Hennepin County District Court in the State of Minnesota.
